Rinnai monitoring service terms
These terms govern the read-only water-heater monitoring service operated by RWM200 Monitoring Pilot. Your separate installation, plumbing, maintenance, or subscription agreement may include additional commercial terms.
Authorization
You confirm that you control the submitted Rinnai account and authorize retrieval of the devices and data associated with that account. You may revoke authorization at any time.
Service scope
The service may retrieve status, diagnostic, maintenance, and operating information and may notify authorized personnel. It does not issue heater-control commands. It is not an emergency service, fire or life-safety system, substitute for required inspection, or guarantee that every failure will be detected.
Unofficial interface
The service currently uses an unofficial Rinnai cloud interface. It is not sponsored or warranted by Rinnai. Rinnai may change or discontinue access, and service availability may be interrupted by internet, Wi-Fi, module, account, or upstream-cloud failures.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining compatible equipment, power, internet access, Rinnai account access, accurate contact information, and safe operation of the heater. Contact a qualified professional for faults, gas odors, leaks, unsafe conditions, or loss of hot water.
Suspension and termination
Monitoring may be suspended for security, misuse, nonpayment under a separate agreement, loss of authorization, or upstream incompatibility. Either party may end monitoring as provided by the applicable service agreement.
